A Touch Of Gray

To many middle aged people, a touch of gray is a cause for regret, the beginning of growing old. But to me:

A gray haired man of 70, it is an awareness that time has passed and with it offered us wisdom and compassion, great life affirming attributes that bring timeless meaning into our lives if only we will open our hearts to them.

This piece was inspired by "Love is ... telling him his few gray hairs make him look distinguished." (A syndicated cartoon published 5/27/15)
