Why Worry?

At birth, problems present themselves starting with the slap on the behind we receive, causing us to breath and to clear our lungs, as we cry out in shock.

By now we know we will always have problems and it's our job to solve or accept those problems and to grow from them.

But why worry? Worry replaces our joy with fear, anticipating problems that often never occur.
