Whose To Blame

"Whose to blame," is a common phrase used by the U.S. media, as it was today on the front page of the Los Angeles Times. This phrase reflects a search for scapegoats, something no-one wants to be.

For anyone who strives to accomplish something, the answer is, no-one is to blame, but rather, how can we work together in our mutual interest.
