It must be because the U.S. military is aggressively preparing for it as it expands its war machine, all in the name of national security and all at taxpayers expense as it sees potential enemies everywhere.
The U.S. allegedly has already begun conducting cyber war with widespread rumors that with Israel, it used computers to sabotage part of Iran's nuclear program. The U.S. and Israel decline to comment. But the U.S. now views computer sabotage against America as an act of war, calling for a military force response. "If you shut down our power grid, maybe we will put a missile down one of your smokestacks," a U.S. military official stated.
How the U.S. military can identify a perpetrator, whether that perpetrator's nation should be attacked, an attack of what brutal magnitude and what should be done when the U.S. is the perpetrator is anyone's guess.
Yet in the silence of the American people and with the endless funding of its government, the U.S. military is rapidly expanding its forces including cyber wars, and it is already fighting three wars and preparing for many more, as it keeps making more enemies. And in response to all the pain we allow our military to cause we as a people will feel the wrath from those who have been harmed. Your voice is important. Please raise it for compassion and sanity, for fiscal responsibility before we go broke and for peace, which is the only basis for real security.
