Political donations flood presidential and congressional candidates to a level unmatched in U.S. history, led by Super Pacs. The intent is for these powerful and wealthy interests to continue to buy control of the U.S. government.
It is foolish for we are all just passing through this dimension and in a brief time, we will pass from it leaving all power and possessions behind. In effect, they didn't buy anything of lasting value. And what's more, everything goes in cycles, from the seasons of life, to the seasons of sports to the crannies of government. Change will always be the order of the day and no power grab is sustainable or for long is meaningful. Nothing is permanent.
