According to a new study reported in The Wall Street Journal, the keys to reducing your cancer exposue are to take off excess weight and to exercise. This exercise can be as simple as regularly taking a walk, which will not only burn calories, it will reduce your stress. Combined with eating wiser, you can reduce your exposure to such horrific and deadly diseases as colorectal, breast and pancreatic cancers.
If walking isn't right for you, try swimming, yoga or calisthenics. The key is to move, to be physically active which your body needs. As for the weight, you already know to cut back on fast foods and other junk foods, heavy in calories, cholesterol, hydrogenated oils and excess salt and eat more fruits and vegetables. If you will do these two simple things, not only will you reduce your exposure to cancer and other terrible diseases, you will look better, feel better and have a lot more energy.
