1) Take a walk. Get away from the pressures of your day if only for 10 minutes. A walk will let you clear your head, exercise your body and it may even stimulate some new ideas to help you accomplish more.

2) Drink water. Keep the water bottle handy so you can easily cleanse your body of its waste and keep it functioning at peak levels. By contrast, caffeine loaded drinks are unhealthy and can make you more jittery.

This will only detract from your sleep and it will take you longer to fall asleep. Then close your eyes and breathe deeply, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth, as you clear your mind. After 10 minutes you will feel calm, refreshed and ready to make the most of your life.
