Embracing The Now

So many of us focus on our regrets from yesterday and our fears for tomorrow, we overlook living in the now, where life actually takes place.

As for the past, we can absorb its lessons, and where we have wronged others, make amends as best we can. As for the future, the best way to ensure a good potential outcome is to fully live our lives today and to acknowledge we have no control of what is to come.

We have been given the precious gift of life. To express our gratitude, let us be wise enough to embrace it with love, compassion and joy.
