Our Bodies Speak To Us

We all get upset when we don't feel well. But often in pain, disease or disability is the only way our bodies have of alerting us that we aren't taking proper care of ourselves.

If only we would eat better, drink plenty of clean water, exercise even moderately, relieve our stress and get more restful sleep, it could do wonders for us.

Sometimes we are not aware we are mistreating our bodies as we get caught up in our daily activities. Many of us then turn to doctors to try to cure us, when we could all be our doctors' best friend by taking good care of ourselves in the first place.

Often, it is not what we start doing that makes us healthy, it is what we stop doing. If we stop eating or drinking the toxins that poison our bodies, our bodies can cleanse themselves.

Good health is a blessing we all seek and in many cases, it is one our bodies will grant us if only we don't abuse those bodies and instead treat them lovingly.
