Let It Go

We all feel the hurt that comes with petty slights, angry words, avoidance of us or mean things said about us behind our backs.

The result is that we can build up anger, frustration and stress, each of which is harmful to us. Instead:

If we are wise, we will smile, wish others well and let it go. Unless we have some great principle involved, such as opposing discrimination, violence or harm to our families or our careers, we will let it go and strive for happiness in our lives at every opportunity.

For when we are happy, whether we realize it or not, we bring happiness to others. And as we do, good things will happen for us.
