1) Have a purpose each day. Become a more patient mother, a more present father, start a business, take up exercise, visit someone all alone in the world. You choose. But have a purpose each day, one that will bring you pleasure and a sense of self-worth.
2) Companionship. Don't make life's journey alone. Become a wonderful companion and people will be attracted to you.
3) Laughter. Life is filled with absurdity and when we take it too seriously we become overwhelmed by stress. The antidote to stress is laughter, as you release your tensions. Take this antidote often.
