Smile At A Bird

When you are self-aware enough to smile at a bird, that bird will only be the beginning of your smiles for the day. The next thing you know:

You will be smiling at dogs, at babies, at people all around you, and you'll even bring that smile home to your family. Do you know why?

Because from the time you smiled at that bird, you became a happier person and your day became better with each smile you offered. It is such a wonderful feeling you don't want it to end.
