"Good help is impossible to find," is a commen claim, but is it true?
When someone makes that claim, let's ask: "What does that person offer to attract "good help?" A rewarding job? Fair pay and benefits? And would we take that job for what is offered?
Then we'll know if "good help is impossible to find," or if what is offered is unreasonable, and the likely basis for the problem.
