When I begin to take myself too seriously, as I did yesterday, I come up with a phrase or a word that makes me laugh, for there is so much silliness and humor in life. Yesterday my phrase was "Thinky, Thinky, Son of a Binky." Try this approach and see if it doesn't bring a moment of joy into your life.
