Professional Indifference

You check into a hotel and you're treated with indifference even though you're a customer and deserve better. What can you do? You can keep a positive attitude and attempt to resolve this with those causing the problem. If that fails, speak with the manager, not to punish anyone but to help the hotel to do a better job, on your behalf, and theirs, before they lose customers like you.
