A pat on the back Is far better than a clenched fist. Some people think intimidation, leverage or a lawsuit is the best way to get what they want. But often the best way is a pat on the back, a smile and taking a sincere interest in helping the other person get what he or she wants, and in turn, you'll get what you want.
