Instant Meditation

Meditation is an excellent way to calm our minds, relax our bodies and let go of stress, and it can be instantly available. Close your eyes, unflex your muscles, and breath deeply, inhaling through your nose, exhaling through your mouth. Within four breaths, you will begin a meditation as your mind lets go of its concerns, and lives only in the present moment.
