Someone explodes at you over nothing. You're upset, as you seek answers for what just happened. But often, it had nothing to do with you. Upset by something else, that person took it out on you. What matters is for you to remain calm and handle this in a way that can help this person. This is called compassionate leadership and it is a part of what makes you special.
