A Walking Meditation

In the glow of the sun, today I walked in a wooded area above Los Angeles, under a clear blue sapphire sky, that seemed to blend into the deep blue Pacific Ocean in the distance. All around were pine trees emitting a heavenly scent, and eucalyptus trees whose green leaves fluttered softly in the gentle summer breeze. It was a marvelous restorative walk and one I recommend to you.

Near you is a park, a lake, an ocean or some other gift of nature calling to you to rejoice in its beauty and receive its restorative magic, as it calms your mind and body and It makes you feel whole again. Even if physical limitations make it impossible to walk, come to nature and allow it to help you celebrate life as it touches your heart and uplifts your soul.
