The Difference Loving Thoughts Can Make

We are all interconnected bundles of energy, points of light that touch each other's lives. If we smile or frown, people feel either emotion and can be easily influenced by what they feel.

If you doubt this, put a smile on your face as you greet people and see how well they respond to you.

Then take it one step farther. For loved ones who are distant from you or who are hospitalized, instead of thinking thoughts of fear, grieving or mistrust, think thoughts of love, confidence and joy.

In each case you will discover that your energy travels into them.

Whereas your fearful energy in its various forms detracts from their well-being and their regard for you, your positive energy will uplift them and generate feelings of love and gratitude for you.

Your mind is actually that powerful, so choose the messages you send wisely.
