So often we get caught up in illusions. We regret the past and we worry about the future and don't focus on the now, to live this moment. And yet:
The past is gone and the future is not here, neither offering us a place to live. Only in the now can we ever live, for that is where all of life is.
If we live the now well, the future will take care of itself. And if we don't live in the now, we don't really live at all, we just exist in pursuit of illusions.
