One of the healthiest, most joyful things you and I can do is to breathe with awareness.
Slowly inhale and then exhale. This will help us release our tensions and feed our bodies with the life giving oxygen they need while releasing the spent air our bodies have used.
It will also release endorphins that will bring us a little extra joy and energy, as our world becomes a happier place.
