7 Easy Tips To Add Healthy Years To Your Life

Recently Dr. Lester Breslow, one of the world's foremost medical researchers passed away in his Los Angeles home at the age of 97. Dr. Breslow conducted some of the most important health studies of the 20th century and he offered 7 easy to use tips that could extend for years your life and mine, if only we will diligently practice them. What are the 7 tips?

1) Don't smoke.
2) Drink in moderation (if at all)
3) Sleep 7 or 8 hours a night
4) Exercise at least moderately
5) Eat regular meals
6) Eat breakfast
7) Maintain a moderate weight

These tips were taken from his New York Times obit http://www.nytimes.com/2012/04/15/health/lester-breslow-who-tied-good-habits-to-longevity-dies-at-97.html?ref=obituaries In his own life, Dr. Breslow did not smoke or drink, did things in moderation and got at least some of his exercise by doing something he loved, tending to his vegetable garden.
