President Obama: Is This Justice?

An American "Kill Team" secretly lands in Pakistan and shoots Osama bin Laden and others in his compound to death and then rids themselves of his body. But is this "justice" as you have repeatedly stated or is it revenge for 9/11?

1) Imagine if Chinese Commandos landed just outside Washington in the middle of the night and killed a European businessman and his staff, dumping his body in the Potomac. Would this be acceptable to you?

2) America used to be recognized the world over as a compassionate nation that helped others and set the standard of justice for them to emulate. Yet we now have "Kill Teams" of 10 to 100 assassins who carry out assassinations, funded by Congress and doing your bloody bidding.

3) 9/11 was a horrific act that took nearly 3,000 lives on the spot and many more over the years as toxic dust and chemicals sickened and killed other victims, including first responders. But if murder is now our criteria of justice, what about all the deaths and savagery in Iraq and Afghanistan? Hundreds of thousands dead in Iraq for example and where is their justice? Are you and President Bush going to be held accountable?

4) The American Constitution was admired across the world, now we ignore it in pursuit of "terrorists" as you and President Bush have been granted special war time rights. We also ignore the Geneva Convention and the United Nations Charter we helped to write.

5) You've been speaking proudly about the threatening message you sent in killing bin Laden. But what about the message you sent to our nation's youth and to young people across the world? That murder is right when a U.S. President says it is? Isn't this what street gangs do if their leaders authorize it? Isn't this what the Mafia is infamous for?

6) So what did you accomplish? In 2006, when Saddam Hussein was executed, that was supposed to turn the tide in Iraq. Instead the murder and mayhem have continued. And just since you ordered bin Laden killed, Al-Qaeda has committed three acts of terror killing or injuring numerous Iraqis, as they confront the puppet government you keep in power.

President Obama, where is the justice you were sworn to uphold? It has been 10 years of war, when does the killing end? What do you expect to accomplish by it? What kind of nation have you and President Bush and an inept Congress created? Isn't it one Osama bin Laden could easily relate to.
